<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical distribution system and a shipment plan making method thereof capable of always effectively loading a container or a unit with a cargo in a form suitably complying with shipment requirement without depending on experience or judgement by a person in charge, capable of reducing adopted number of the container or the unit, and capable of reducing the transportation cost. SOLUTION: This physical distribution system is equipped with a plurality of containers and units capable of storing the cargo and the respective container, and is used for transportation of the cargo. A first plan for selectively applying the cargo complying with the shipment requirement to the respective containers is made. A second plan for selectively applying the cargo not applied by the first plan among the cargos complying with the shipment requirement to the respective unit is made. A third plan for applying the cargo not applied neither by the first plan or the second plan and the unit which becomes a target for the second plan in a mixed condition is made. The combination of the respective plans in a shipment plan.</p> |
