摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange an RFID (Radio Frequency-IDentification) tag in a valve to manage a pipe passage network by following changes of a current situation in accordance with opening and closing operation of the valve speedily. SOLUTION: Distinguishing information for distinguishing an individual body of the valve 51 and information of opening of the valve are stored in the RFID tag 52 arranged in the valve 51 to allow reading and writing of information in a non-contact manner. The information stored in the RFID tag 52 is read by an information reading means provided in an operation device for opening and closing the valve 51. Information of opening of the valve after opening and closing operation is written in the RFID tag 52 by an information writing means provided in the operation device after opening and closing operation of the valve. The distinguishing information of the valve 51 and the information of opening of the valve after opening and closing operation are inputted into a central computer 53 by an external output means provided in the operation device. Information in pipe passage chart data base 54 stored in the central computer 53 is updated based on the inputted distinguishing information and information of opening of the valve.</p>
