PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic cellulose sheet which is firm in spite of being thin, has transparency to see an object of the opposite side through the sheet or a container and, simultaneously, is thermoformable, and furthermore a thermoplastic cellulose sheet which has transparency to see an object of the opposite side through the sheet or a container. SOLUTION: Into a cellulose, 20-60 wt.% hydrophilic thermoplastic resin are incorporated.
