PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry mortar premix by which a wall and a sheet having excellent water absorbability and water dischargeability can easily be produced without cracking by blending raw diatomaceous earth at a high ratio. SOLUTION: Normal portland cement having a Blaine value of about 4,000 cm2/g is pulverized to produce high Blaine value portland cement having a Blaine value of >=5,500 cm2/g. Then, to 2 (weight ratio) of portland cement having a Blaine value of about 4,000 cm2/g, the high Blaine value portland cement is mixed in the ratio of >=1 (weight ratio) to produce Blaine value controlled portland cement. This Blaine value controlled portland cement is mixed with raw diatomaceous earth in the ratio of >=75% (weight ratio). If required, optional fibers or/(and) binders are added thereto. |
