METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING RESIN ERECTING LENS ARRAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a resin erecting lens array which can effectively remove stray light. SOLUTION: A master die having minute projection spheres arranged in a square close packed structure on a glass substrate is produced, and grooves are formed by laser processing along the bisector lines of the lines connecting the centers of the minute projection spheres of the die. Then a Ni molding die is formed from the master having the grooves and a resin lens plate is molded by using the Ni molding die. Then a light absorbing film is formed on the grooves formed along the bisector lines of the lines connecting the centers of the minute convex lenses arranged in the resin lens plate. The lens array is manufactured by stacking two or more resin lens plates including at least one plate of the resin lens plate manufactured by the above method.
