PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a supporting condition of performs and to prevent deterioration of the working efficiency and increase of the cost when manufacturing a disc rotor using preforms. SOLUTION: This manufacturing device 10 has a lower mold 11 and an upper mold 12, and the lower mold 11 has a support base 13, a lower mold body 14, an inclined pin 15, a core element 16 and a slider 17. When preforms 4A, 5A are supported and fixed, a cylinder 18 is activated to move the support base 13 and the lower mold body 14 upward, and during this upward movement, the core element 16 and the slider 17 are slid toward relatively outside along the inclined pin 15. Under this condition, the preforms 4A, 5A are guided to prescribed positions, then, the support base 13 and the lower mold body 14 are moved downward, and during this downward movement, the core element 16 and the slider 17 are slid toward relatively inside along the inclined pin 15. Under this condition, the preforms 4A, 5A are supported and fixed stably, and a major part of a cavity is formed.
