PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solid topical composition supplied in the form of a stick, stable to temperature without exhibiting exudation especially when the temperature rises and, on the other hand, soluble in a keratinous substance to which the composition is applied, e.g. the skin or lips. SOLUTION: This solid topical composition comprises at least one fatty phase containing at least one polyolether, at least one oil and at least one wax having polarity opposite to that of the oil in a physiologically acceptable medium.
