In the present invention, there is disclosed a steam-gas turbine being characterized in that a steam transformer (5) is introduced between a steam-gas turbine high-pressure part (2) outlet and a steam-gas turbine low-pressure part (3) inlet. Said steam transformer (5) heat-exchange wall high-pressure area is connected through a piping to said steam-gas turbine high pressure part (2) outlet, to a carbon dioxide discharge piping (16) and to a piping by means of which it is interconnected with a condensate trap (7) wherein said condensate trap (7) is connected via a steam-gas section pump (9) with a water discharge piping (17) and with spraying water piping (12) with a steam-gas mixture generator (1) that is connected through a steam-gas mixture steam-gas piping (13) with the steam-gas turbine high pressure part (2) wherein the steam-gas turbine exhaust enters pressure part (2) exhaust is connected with the high-pressure area of the steam transformer (5) heat-exchange wall. The low-pressure space of said steam transformer (5) heat-exchange wall is connected through a low-pressure steam piping (21) with an extraction device and through a feed line (20) with the steam section pump (8). Said extraction device is formed either by said steam-gas turbine low-pressure part (3) that is connected through the mediation of the low-pressure steam piping (21) with the low-pressure space of the steam transformer (5) heat-exchange wall, and the exhaust of which is also connected via a condenser (18), the steam section pump (8) and the feed line (20) with said low-pressure space of the steam transformer (5) heat-exchange wall, or a technological apparatus that is connected through said low-pressure steam piping (21) and the feed line (20) to said steam transformer (5).
