PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition by using a UV-absorbing compound excellent in compatibility with a film-forming resin component and having little evaporation from a thin film in the case of forming the thin film by adding the compound to the UV-curing resin composition. SOLUTION: This UV-curing resin raw material composition is added with a benzotriazole group-containing polyester expressed by formula (1) or (1') (wherein R<1> expresses a halogen or a 1-10C alkyl; R<2> expresses H or a 1-10 alkyl; R<3> expresses a 1-10C alkylene; R<4> to R<5> express each H or a 1-10C alkyl; n and n' are mutually independent and express each 4-8 integer; m and m' are mutually independent and express each 1-20 integer).
