PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass paste which can inhibit peeling of a protective coating glass after burning, by controlling the particle size (size distribution) of a glass powder, a process for manufacturing a resistor using this and a resistor. SOLUTION: The glass paste contains a glass powder and an organic vehicle and has a size distribution D50 of 1.50-1.80μm.
