PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fine particles in a liquid from building up by optimizing a sag of external corner parts of discharge openings, and prevent discharge openings from clogging even when the discharge openings as considerably fine asΦ25μm or smaller are used. SOLUTION: The liquid having fine particles of a size Dp (μm) dispersed is discharged from fine discharge openings 4 and adhered to a body to be adhered. When the discharge opening 4 is not larger thanΦ25μm and has a depth part of a distance t, Dp/t<=0.01 is held. A wiping mechanism is set for a head which discharges the liquid with the fine particles dispersed from discharge openings 4 and for outside parts of the discharge openings. The outside corner parts of the discharge openings are chamfered or shaped circular, and the sag of the outside corner parts of the discharge openings is set to be not larger than c50Dp or r50Dp.
