PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-permeable waterproof tape which, while having waterproofness, has high moisture permeability and exhibits a high dewing prevention effect in a building and of which the dimensional change with time after application is small. SOLUTION: This moisture-permeable waterproof pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is prepared by forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive butyl rubber layer in a continuous line at the vicinity of both the edges of a tape-like moisture- permeable waterproof sheet. When the moisture-permeable waterproof pressure- sensitive adhesive tape is preserved at 50 deg.C for 7 days, its dimensional change is preferably 0.5% or lower. Preferably, the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet is a laminate comprising a porous polyolefin sheet and polyolefin fibers.
