PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin composition which is the liquid one having good operability as the epoxy resin composition for an electric and electronic element, and has excellent impact resistance which is a problem. SOLUTION: This epoxy resin composition for the electric and electronic element comprises (A) a specific aromatic amine compound, (B) an epoxy resin and (C) an inorganic filler.
