SOLUTION: This composition for metastasis control or recurrence prevention of carcinoma includes a polysaccharide derivative or its salt comprising a polysaccharide derivative obtained by bonding the polysaccharide including a carboxy group with a medicine having anticancerous activity through an amino acid or a peptide comprising 2-8 amino acids which may be the same as or different from each other, as the active ingredient.
