PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous casting mold dealing with a high heat flux with which, even in a high casting velocity, a mold body can suitably be coaled. SOLUTION: In the continuous casting mold provided with a mold body composed of metal having good thermal conductivity and arranging a water pass-through part 11 at its back surface side and a support member 14 fixed with a fitting means 13 at the back surface side of the mold body and cooling the mold body by making cooling water flow into the water pass-through part 11 through a water supply part 15 and a water discharging part 16 arranged to the support member 14, the water pass-through part 11 increases a heat conducting area in the mold body to the cooling water by providing a water pass-through recess 17 arranged over the water supply part 15 toward the water discharging part 16 of the facing support members 14, and a plurality of water guiding grooves 18, 19 formed at the bottom of the water pass-through recess 17 toward the water flowing direction in the water pass-through part 11 on the surface at the back side of the mold body.
