PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately and efficiently cool an optical head of image recorder. SOLUTION: The optical head 10 of image recorder 1 is provided with a water cooling jacket 41 for light source for cooling a bar LD 11 having a laser emitter 111, a water cooling jacket 42 for device for cooling an optical modulation device 12 and a water cooling jacket 43 for light shielding. Further, the optical head 10 is provided with a mirror 31 for reflecting light from the bar LD 11 in the case of non-exposure and mirrors 32 and 33 for reflecting non- signal light from the optical modulation device 12 and light from these mirrors is guided to the water cooling jacket 43 for light shielding. Besides, a cooling medium from a tiller unit is passed through the water cooling jacket 41 for light source, the water cooling jacket 42 for device and the water cooling jacket 42 for light shielding in order. Thus, in the optical head 10, all heating sources in the optical head can be efficiently cooled and the bar LD 11 can be appropriately cooled. |
