WATER-BASED INK COMPOSITION ERASABLE WITH ERASER AND WRITING IMPLEMENT INCLUDING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based ink composition in which the handwriting written on the paper can readily be erased with eraser and cannot be peeled off with usual abrasion with fingers or between paper sheets keeping a proper level of handwriting retention, and to provide writing implements with built-in the same. SOLUTION: This water-based ink composition contains colored thermosetting resin particles of which more than 70 wt.% of the particles have the particle size distribution in the range of 2-20 μm and sticky resin particles of which more than 70 wt.% of the particles have the particle size distribution in the range of 2-20 μm. The ink composition is built in writing implements, e.g. marking pens or ball point pens.
