发明名称 METHOD FOR CORRECTING WRITE OPTICAL SYSTEM UNIT IN IMAGING APPARATUS
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correction method whereby a rotational speed of a polygon mirror, an optical axis of a laser light, an illumination timing of the laser light and the like can be corrected by a considerably simple means in a write optical system unit in an imaging apparatus. SOLUTION: In the imaging apparatus provided with a scanner for reading image information and the write optical system unit for writing images by illuminating a uniformly charged photoreceptor surface with the laser light based on image information read by the scanner, reference image information comprised of two marks arranged to have a constant space is stored beforehand, and moreover, output information when the reference image information is outputted with the use of a properly set write optical system unit to a predetermined paper is stored as a standard value. Output information when the reference image information is outputted to a predetermined paper with the use of the write optical system unit to be corrected is compared with the standard value, and each kind of set values of the write optical system unit is corrected accordingly.
