ACTUATOR, INK-JET RECORDING HEAD AND INK-JET RECORDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator, an ink-jet recording head and an ink-jet recorder made compact by simplifying the structure. SOLUTION: The actuator is provided with a channel formation substrate 10 where pressure generation chambers 12 are defined and piezoelectric elements are set via a diaphragm to one face side of the pressure generation chambers 12. The actuator has a joining member 120 formed of a material selected from the group consisting of glass ceramics and aluminum nitrides to be joined to the piezoelectric element side of the channel formation substrate 10. A mounting part to which an external wiring line is connected is set to a region of the opposite side to the piezoelectric elements of the joining member 120. Moreover, a wiring line for driving with one end connected to the mounting part of the joining member 120 and the other end connected to the piezoelectric elements is set. The structure is simplified accordingly.
