<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure detector and its method which use a diaphragm/ load cell system, as a measuring method for a pressure inside a pipe in which a fluid whose exposure to air should be avoided flows, correct creeping deformation of a diaphragm when measurement is performed, and can continuously measure a positive pressure and a negative pressure inside the pipe for a long time with a high precision stably. SOLUTION: This pressure detector prevents a fluid to be measured from being exposed to air when the fluid is measured, since the detector is so formed as to measure the pressure of the fluid in a fluid passage through a diaphragm, for solving conventional problems. In addition, the pressure detector prevents irreversible creeping deformation of the diaphragm, since a stress load to the diaphragm is reduced by causing a load transmission means connected to the diaphragm fitted to the pressure detector, to load a pressure detecting element side by a loading means, and fitting the diaphragm loosely in addition.</p> |
