摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a liquid crystal display device having a SRAM for every pixel, deviation of the liquid crystal application voltage outputted from the SRAM occurs due to the gradient in the potential of memory power supply wiring and as a result, display irregularity and flicker are caused in a screen. SOLUTION: Resistance values of resistor elements 41 to 44 which are connected to the power supply potential side and the ground potential side of a DM18 are made different in accordance with the distances from the power supply feeding side of the memory power supply of the DM18 and the resistance values are set smaller as they move from the power supply side of the memory power supply voltage to the tip end side over the entire screen. Because of the above setting, the memory power supply voltages supplied to DM18 have a reversed potential gradient as they move from the power feeding side to the tip end side with respect to the potential gradient generated from the power feeding side to the tip end side of the memory power supply voltages. Thus, the liquid crystal applying voltages outputted from the DM18 are made approximately constant over the entire screen.</p>
