PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated polyester film not generating the lowering of transparency even by an in-line coating method, and excellent in adhesiveness and antistatic effect. SOLUTION: In an antistatic film, the antistatic layer is laminated on at least the single surface of a thermoplastic resin film and contains an antistatic resin (A) obtained by copolymerizing a component having a polyalkylene oxide in its side chain and a component having a quaternary ammonium group. The antistatic layer is streched at least uniaxially. |
