PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for reinforcing concrete excellent in concrete reinforcing effect and satisfactory in concrete reinforcing workability. SOLUTION: Longitudinal and lateral multiple composite monofilaments each consisting of two or more polyolefin resins having melting points different from each other and having a polyolefin resin having a high melting point as a core layer and a polyolefin resin having a low melting point as a sheath layer are arranged to be parallel respectively longitudinally and laterally while being crossed at at least two layers, heat-melted at a temperature range not lower than the melting point of the sheath layer resin and not higher than the melting point of the core layer resin and integrally bonded by sticking crossed contact parts thereof to form the sheet-shaped net for reinforcing concrete.
