PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a target vessel exchanging dolly capable of accurately and easily exchanging a target vessel, especially smoothly exchanging the target vessel when a safety hull separation type target vessel is used. SOLUTION: The target vessel exchanging dolly 1 treats a target preservation vessel provided with a guard having a trunnion and a guide. On a putting stage 2, a pair of trunnion support stage 11 and a guard support stage 12 are provided and the trunnion support stage 11 is provided with a spring energizing from outside. A rotor support device 14 is provided to support the target preservation vessel move horizontally so that the trunnion floats from the support surface when the target preservation vessel is laid. The guard support stage 12 has a guide groove (projection) 18 fitting in a guide projection (groove) provided to the guard. A receiving tool 19 for moving horizontally and a spring 22 energizing the receiving tool inside are provided.
