PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste melting furnace capable of recovering wire like metal mixed in an accumulation part in the waste melting furnace. SOLUTION: In the waste melting furnace, an inner cylinder 2 and an outer cylinder are composed so they are relatively rotatively driven around the same axis, and the waste melting furnace is provided with the accumulation part S accumulating objects 15 to be disposed in an annular space between the inner cylinder 2 and the outer cylinder, a main combustion chamber heating and melting the objects 15 to be disposed fed from the accumulation part S in between a furnace ceiling part provided on the inner cylinder 2 and a bottom 8 provided on the outer cylinder, a cutting part 13 feeding the objects 15 to be disposed to the main combustion chamber, and a slag discharging part discharging molten slag produced in the bottom by melting the objects 15 to be disposed. It is provided with a recovery mechanism 31 recovering the wire like metal K mixed in the accumulation part S by relative movement with the accumulation part S by rotary driving.
