PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening device which firmly fastens a bolt in an optimum state by regulating fastening of the bolt continuously in the central direction of a shaft though the device has an extremely simple constitution. SOLUTION: A slit 3 extending through from an outer periphery to a female screw part 2 is formed in a part of a nut 1 throughout a whole width in the direction of its thickness, and a lock groove 4 in a peripheral direction is recessed in the outer periphery of the nut 1. The female screw part 2 is fitted in a male screw part 6 of a bolt 5 and by fastening a bundling member 7 wound around the lock groove 4, the female screw part 2 is contact-bonded to the male screw part 6.
