METHOD OF MANUFACTURING COATED BIOACTIVE GRANULAR MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a coated bioactive granular material from which volatile materials are removed by removing the volatile materials existing in the coated bioactive granular material obtained by spraying a coating material to the surfaces of core material particles containing bioactive materials and drying the coatings by ventilation of hot air. SOLUTION: The coated bioactive granular material removed with the volatile materials is manufactured by ventilating the coated bioactive granular material with the hot air at a ventilation rate below the minimum fluidization velocity of the coated bioactive granular material.
