PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an agent for bleaching the hair or making the hair blonde. SOLUTION: This agent is mixed with an aqueous oxidizing agent concoction just before use, and comprises (a) 0.1-80 wt.% of at least one kind of an organic lipophilic compound of a group of a vegetable and an animal fat, oil, wax, paraffin hydrocarbon, higher alcohol, ether, aliphatic and aromatic esters and silicone oil, (b) 0.01-20 wt.% of at least one kind of an inorganic or organic viscous agent having lipophilic properties from the group of bentonite and dextrin palmitic acid esters, (c) 0.1-40 wt.% of at least one kind of an inorganic or organic viscous agent having hydrophilic properties, (d) 10-65 wt.% of at least one kind of an inorganic peracid salt, (e) 10-45 wt.% of at least one kind of an alkali reactive salt and, if necessary, a formulation composed of an auxiliary and an additive, and is in the form of a suspension of the agent for making the hair blonde.
