摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide constitution and facility which prevent the mispositioning of glass substrates and the defect of a panel sealing gap by improving the seal packing of a pressurization type UV irradiation device in a seal curing process step of a liquid crystal panel. SOLUTION: The glass substrates are pressed with the seal packing and a pressurizing section is formed by installing a chamber above the glass substrates placed on a surface plate and air is applied to the pressurizing section, by which pressure is exerted to the glass substrates. The panel seal is irradiated with UV rays from a UV lamp and is thus cured in the state of forming the gap of the panel seal by exerting the pressure to the glass substrates. The pressure in the pressurizing section is thereafter reduced and the chamber ascends, thereby peeling the glass substrates and the seal packing. Teflon (R) is formed on the surface of the seal packing of this time, by which the peelability is improved.
