PURPOSE: An ionized gas aided circulation non-discharge system and a method for treating excrements wastewater are provided, which can treat high concentration excrement wastewater by ionized gas reaction to an extent of utilizing the treated water as a gray water without discharging water. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a crusher(30) for crushing excrement wastewater; a primary decomposition tank(40) for storing the excrement wastewater passed through the crusher(30); an ionized gas generator(50) which generates ionized gas to remove organic matter in the excrement wastewater of the primary decomposition tank(40); a deaerator(70) which removes ionized gas in the reacted water passed through the primary decomposition tank(40); a contact oxidation tank(110) which primarily treats the effluent of the deaerator(70) by microorganism; a fermentation tank(140) which secondarily treats the effluent water of the contact oxidation tank(110); a secondary decomposition tank(160) which stores the effluent water of the fermentation tank(140).
