DISPOSABLE STARCH CONTAINER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A disposable starch container and method for manufacturing thereof is provided to injection-mold the disposable starch container to diversify usages of the starch container and to coat the container to improve a waterproof property of the disposable starch container. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a disposable starch container comprises the steps of: stirring the starch powder with the water and colorant; forming a starch droplet by passing a starch mixture through a heated extruder and cutting the starch mixture and forming an intermediate material of a solid starch pallet by freezing and drying the starch droplet; extruding the starch container from a mould by melting the starch pallet; and coating and drying the molded starch container with a polyvinyl acetate copolymer liquid.
