PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide crystallized glass suitable as materials for inorganic EL display substrates, which allow no heat deformation when burned at >=700 deg.C, have coefficients of thermal expansion close to that of a dielectric material and permit upsizing. SOLUTION: The composition of the crystallized glass comprises 50-70 mass% SiO2 , 2-17 mass% Al2 O3 , 2-20 mass% MgO, 0.1-10 mass% CaO, 0-10 mass% ZnO, 0-6 mass% TiO2 , 0-4 mass% ZrO2 , 0-15 mass% BaO, 0-3 mass% Li2 O, 0-15 mass% Na2 O, 0-5 mass% K2 O, 0-6 mass% B2 O3 , 0-8 mass% P2 O5 and 0-2 mass% F. Here, a crystal of enstatite and/or diopside deposits as a main crystal. The yield point is >=750 deg.C, and the coefficient of thermal expansion is from 50×10<-7> to 120×10<-7> / deg.C.
