PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight electric heating board for floor heating having the both of the strength and soundproofing, allowing a worker to lay and develop it alone, and eliminating a power line connecting work between individual electric heating boards. SOLUTION: The electric heating board 1 is disposed with a wooden crosspiece 2 having a nail-drivable region, at least, in its circumferential outer shell, a heat insulating material 3 in its inside, a planar heating body alone fixed to the upper surface, a reinforcing sheet fixed to the lower surface, and a storage part for storing a residual length of a power line 9 for the wiring extending to the inside near the one side of the outer shell. The lower surface of the planar heating body, the upper surface of the wooden crosspiece 2, and the upper surface of the heat insulating material 3 are fixed together, the upper surface of the reinforcing sheet, the lower surface of the wooden crosspiece 2, and the lower surface of the heat insulating material 3 are fixed together, and the wooden crosspiece 2 is disposed with a heat insulating part of the planar heating body.
