PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure adjuster and a gas supply system allowing calorie to be selected in accordance with purpose of use of energy and capable of differentiating gas for electricity as energy. SOLUTION: This pressure adjuster 1 for adjusting a pressure of gas supplied from a gas supply side to a predetermined pressure is provided with a valve 31 capable of opening and closing a nozzle 29 communicating with a gas inlet passage 7, a pressure reducing chamber 19 in which gas flows from the nozzle 29 through the valve 31 and which is communicated with a gas outlet passage 11, a diaphragm 21 partitioning the pressure reducing chamber 19 from an atmospheric pressure chamber 15 and displaced based on pressure changes on a gas outlet passage side, an operation rod 23, a lever 25, and a valve stem 28 for opening and closing the valve 31 due to the displacement of the diaphragm 21, a first low pressure spring 16 and a second low pressure spring 17 provided in the atmospheric pressure chamber 15 to press the diaphragm 21, and a solenoid 33 having a bar body 35 for expanding, shrinking, and moving the second low pressure spring 17 in accordance with an adjusting pressure switching signal switching an adjusting pressure of gas and sent from an operation device 2.
