PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet-curable composition capable of forming a coated film having excellent weatherability over a long period. SOLUTION: This urethane (meth)acrylate containing an ultraviolet-absorbing functional group is obtained by reacting an ultraviolet-absorber with a polyol, a polyisocyanate and a hydroxy group-containing (meth)acrylate. The ultraviolet- curable resin composition contains the urethane (meth)acrylate.
