PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic packaging bag formed with two housings with a bag body sectioned by a sectioning sheet for putting different objects to be packaged in the respective housings and automatically packaging by a machine or the like and a packaging method of the object using the automatic packaging bag, wherein a manufacturing operation of the entire bag is simplified by dispensing with a punching operation of a suction hole found in a conventional automatic packaging bag, and in addition suction force of a suction disk can be appropriately effected whereby an opening operation of the bag can be reliably done. SOLUTION: The automatic packaging bag comprises a pair of external sheets 2a and 2b constituting the bag body 1 having an opening 5 on an upper part and a sectioning sheet 3 provided therebetween for sectioning the inside of the bag body 1. An upper part of the sectioning sheet 3 is extended upward from an end rim of the opening 5 of the external sheets 2a and 2b, forming an extension 6 formed in such a size that a suction tool can be sucked.
