摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery flow rate control method for a propulsion fuel of a tank for a flying body and a control device thereof capable of controlling a propulsion fuel to a constant amount delivery and an optionally set delivery amount thereof without damaging a bladder film of the tank for the flying body. SOLUTION: The delivery flow rate control device 1 is provided with mounting flanges 3a, 3b on a periphery edge opposed to each other and is constituted by two-split type tank bodies 2a, 2b provided with recessed parts at the inside. A deformable thin bladder film 5 is provided between mounting flanges 3a, 3b and the mounting flanges 3a, 3b are integrally bonded by a tightening member 6 comprising a bolt and a nut in the state that a bonding ring 4 is clamped a pressure gauge P1, a pressurization valve SV-2, a relief valve SV-3 and a pressurization base valve SV-1 are provided on a feed route 12 for a fluid Ga connecting a pouring port 10 for the fluid and a supply source G for the fluid in the order from the poring port 10 side for the fluid. A discharge route 13 for the fluid Ga provided with a discharge valve SV-5 is connected to a discharge port 11 for the fluid.
