PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accelerator pedal device improving safety of throttle position sensor operation. SOLUTION: This accelerator pedal device is provided with an accelerator rod 22 having a pedal 27 on one end, a bracket 21 pivotally supporting the accelerator rod 22, the throttle position sensor 23 and an exhaust brake switch 24 attached on the bracket 21. A link plate 28 is fixed on another end of the accelerator rod 22. The link plate 28 is provided with an oval hole 31 engaging with a pin 30 provided on a rotary lever 29 of the throttle position sensor 23 and driving the rotary lever 29, and a switch pressing part 35 turning the exhaust brake switch 24 on and off, and a locking hole 34 locking a hysteresis cable end 33.
