摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust reflux device of an internal combustion engine that controls suitably the condition of attachment of sediments to an inner wall of an exhaust reflux passage and that prevents the sediments from attaching to the wall in a more preferable form. SOLUTION: This exhaust reflux device has an exhaust reflux passage 41 and an EGR valve 42. The exhaust reflux passage 41 makes an exhaust air that is exhausted to an exhaust passage 24 reflux to an intake passage 23. The EGR valve 42 adjusts the amount of exhaust reflux in the exhaust reflux passage 41. The device controls the EGR valve 42 based on the operating condition of a diesel engine and refluxes the exhaust air into the intake passage 23. Further, when the condition in which the exhaust temperature is less than the temperature of a correction executing threshold value (a first predetermined temperature) is maintained for the time of a correction executing threshold value (a first predetermined time) or longer, the correction to reduce the amount of the basic reflux is executed. Meanwhile, the condition in which the exhaust temperature is equal to or higher than the temperature of a correction canceling threshold value (a second predetermined time) is maintained for the time of a correction executing threshold value (a second predetermined time) or longer, the correction to reduce the amount of the basic reflux is canceled.
