<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer for a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet which can prevent peeling, slipping and the like of a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet even when the sheet is applied within a short period of time after coating it on an adherend and, simultaneously excels in the effect of maintaining its performance, a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet-applied product, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The primer for a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet mainly comprises an oligomer composed of a reaction product of part of an isocyanurate of a trimer of tolylene diisocyanate with a polyol and having a number average molecular weight of 700-50,000. The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet-applied product is obtained by applying a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet to an adherend through the primer layer, and the method for manufacturing a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet-applied product comprises coating the above primer on an adherend and applying a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet thereto after an elapse of 1 minute to 24 hours.</p> |
