SOLUTION: The equipment-monitoring system has a communication means 4 for communicating with an information supply server 1, and can report time for performing the specific operation of equipment even without going all the way to the equipment or even without any exclusive tools as a portable information terminal 2 for reporting at time, or before or after the time by specific time for performing a specific operation according to the operation details of the equipment that is received by using the communication means.
