PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify and downsize a driver for supplying voltage signals for controlling the inclination of a multiplicity of micromirrors to form an optical switch. SOLUTION: The driver is formed to control the inclination of the micromirrors MM by converting the biaxial voltage information outputted by a control circuit 300 to analog signals by analog-to-digital converters 321 and 322, then amplifying this information by driving circuits 331 and 332, and separating the same to positive output and negative output, outputting the same and impressing the outputs to electrodes XR#1 and XL#1. |
