PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condenser excellent in electric characteristics such as voltage resistance, humidity resistance or the like, having constant capacity over a wide temperature region and enhanced in reliability, and a biaxially oriented laminated film capable of easily manufacturing the condenser. SOLUTION: The biaxially oriented laminated film is obtained by laminating a surface layer (A-layer) comprising a polyphenylene sulfide film on at least the single surface of a center layer (B-layer) comprising a polyester film comprising a polymer with a single extrapolation glass transition temperature (Tg) containing a polyester and a polyimide and having an extrapolation glass transition start temperature of 90-140 deg.C. The sum total thickness of the A-layer is 1-40% or less of that of the B-layer.
