PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens array having excellent optical characteristics to permit the formation of erecting images with production efficiency higher than heretofore. SOLUTION: This lens array has a plurality of convex lenses 11 with first and second lens faces 11a and 11b respectively formed as convexedly curved surfaces, in which the first lens faces 11a of the respective convex lenses 11 can form the inverted images (a" to b") of objects (a to b) when the lenses receive the light from the objects (a to b) and the second lens faces 11b of the convex lenses are formed to permit the inversion of the inverted images in such a manner that the erecting images (a' to b') are formed. More preferably, the respective convex lenses 11 can form the erecting unmagnification images of the objects.
