PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple-structured, durable and inexpensive folding handlebar for a bicycle requiring only a small space for parking and capable of easily moving the bicycle in/out of a narrow space. SOLUTION: The handlebar can be widened/narrowed by one hand using a spur gear type interlocking component. The handlebar is fixed in the widened state or in the narrowed state by using an upper handlebar case and a lower handlebar case.
