PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent running away or instability of a work carriage even during work while applying force such as in calking. SOLUTION: A stopper 9 capable of swinging around a horizontal axis is provided in a bottom of a frame 3 of the work carriage 2. A frictional piece 10 is provided on a pipe 9b in a tip of the stopper 9, and the stopper 9 swings downward when a workman steps on the pipe 9b. By stepping force of the workman on the pipe 9b, the frictional piece 10 is pressed against a floor and it fixes the work carriage 2. The stopper 9 is energized so as to swing and return upward by a torsion coil spring 11 provided on the frame 3 when the workman releases one's foot from the pipe 9b.
