PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater device capable of quickly heating inside the car cabin, etc. while the engine remains cold. SOLUTION: The heater device includes a magnet type heater which is configured so that a magnet and a conductor are installed confronting each other with a minor gap interposed in between and a refrigerant gas is heated with the slip heat emission generated in the conductor by rotating the magnet and conductor relative to each other and is connected with an evaporator installed in the air-conditioner system through selector valves installed in front of and behind the evaporator, whereby the refrigerant gas inside the evaporator is heated directly.
