PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car mounting structure of an air-conditioner using a common side defroster duct part to be installed extending to the left and right of a car inside an instrument panel. SOLUTION: A side defroster duct 24 whereto an air-conditioning wind with the temperature controlled flows in from the air outlet of an air-conditioner unit 11 is installed to a beam member (structure) 15 installed inside the instrument panel, and a side defroster tying duct 27 is connected with the forefront of the duct 24, while the forefront of the side defroster tying duct 27 is connected with side defroster blowout holes arranged at the left and right ends of the instrument panel. According to this arrangement in which the side defroster duct 24 is installed on the beam member 15 separately from the instrument panel, the side defroster duct 24 can be formed as a component used commonly to different models of cars.
