PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively realize a head structure which prevents a crosstalk phenomenon between nozzles due to discharge driving, and furthermore improve designing contents which can be a reason of quality troubles when the head structure is brought into the market. SOLUTION: A heater board 2 with a heater 8 and a PWB 3 for transmitting and receiving electrical signals to a recorder are arranged on a carbon graphite 1. A wiring terminal of the heater board 2 and a wiring terminal of the PWB 3 are electrically connected by a bonding wire 3. A plurality of channel walls for forming nozzles 7 corresponding to respective heaters 8 are formed on the heater board 2. Moreover, a liquid chamber frame 5 for surrounding a common liquid chamber 14 common to the nozzles 7 is formed to have the same height as that of side walls of nozzles. A flat top plate 6 having a liquid supply port 11 to the common liquid chamber 14 is placed on side walls of the nozzles 7 and the liquid chamber frame 5. An elastic film 9 is arranged on the top plate 6 to spread over the liquid supply port 11. An ER fluid 10 is kept in contact with the elastic film 9.
