PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching die in which a working fault such as a flash, a burr or the like does not occur in the case of punching a complicated groove shape or continuously punching at a high speed. SOLUTION: The punching die comprises a reinforcing material 3a embedded in a buffer material 1b interposed between right and left punches 2 protruding on a support 4. Thus, the restorability of the buffer material 1b interposed between the punches 2 having an insufficient restorability is improved, and the fault such as the flash, the burr or the like in the punching work is prevented.
